I also do home visits for homebound individuals
My subspecialties are adult and geriatric psychiatry and dual diagnosis. I do not do 15 minute med management because I don't think you can make an informed decision on what medication to use if you don't know what's going on with the patient. Medication management in my practice is always accompanied by psychotherapy since studies show both together are more effective than either one alone.
