Nurse Practitioner - Geriatrics New

Overview
This role offers an opportunity to work as a Nurse Practitioner caring for elderly patients in a supportive, patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or experience in geriatrics and a compassionate approach to patient care. The position includes a competitive salary and benefits, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Provide patient care focused on elderly population
Manage patient care within a risk-based managed care model
Build trust and rapport with patients through empathetic communication
Complete patient notes and administrative tasks daily

Schedule and Shift Details
Monday to Friday workweek, patient visits until 4:00 PM, followed by 1 hour for notes and administrative tasks
Dictation available
Competitive Base Salary with obtainable bonus
1:8 Call - Phone Only
New Customized EMR - 2026:
Well established practice with 6 Clinics

Required Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience with Geriatric Care or Geriatric/LTC or Gerontology
• 1+ years of experience with Managed Care
• 1+ years of experience with Care Management
• Valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Florida (FL) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Florida (FL) certifications/licenses
