Position Description
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida! A vibrant city located on the southeastern coast of Florida, United States. Known for its beautiful beaches, boating canals, and bustling downtown area.
Facility: A full service, acute care hospital offering a wide range of medical services.
Opportunity:
• Looking for a Cardiothoracic Surgery APP locum!
• Looking for floor support, ie in patient care, not the OR.
• Provider would need to be able to round on patients, enter orders, assist with managing fresh post-op in the intensive care unit, pull chest tubes, pacers etc.
• Practice Setting (Office-Clinic/Outpatient/Hospital Based/Rounding): All
• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 12 hour shifts
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: 2-3
• Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma 3
• Number of Operating Rooms: 3 for CVTS
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC & Cupid
• Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric): Adult 25+ Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included.
