Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to our patients. The NP will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in a private practice setting. Experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary and/or acute care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of illnesses and injuries.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida and licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR). Eclinical Works (eCW) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an NP in a similar setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing.
